Welcome to NFLUENCERR. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using our website, social handles, e-mail, WhatsApp, or communicating with our team in any way, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

By utilizing our services through any of our platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These Terms apply to all bookings, influencer collaborations, and promotional campaigns managed by NFLUENCERR.

Promotion booking process: When booking business promotions with influencers you must have to provide complete details about your business i.e name, website or products/services details along with script or content brief. You can initiate the booking process directly from our website or through our provided influencer profiles/lists via WhatsApp, e-mail or social pages. We’ll manage each and every campaign or promotion end to end and any direct communication between influencers and brands through any means is strictly prohibited.

Our provided charges remain valid for 7 days only after that charges may change. Upon making a booking, a confirmation email containing your booking details and our bank account information will be sent to you. Payment is advance and non-refundable. It is mandatory for you to deposit the required amount into our designated company bank account and provide us with a screenshot of the payment receipt via email or WhatsApp. It is important to note that your booking is not yet fully confirmed, as we need to examine and verify your business and promotions details then we’ll share this information with concerned influencer, if they accept it then we’ll inform you and then influencer will start working on the content. If you have a physical product or parcel that needs to be shipped, we’ll share influencer’s address or our address to deliver the parcel. Parcel or product is non-returnable. Once the parcel is dispatched, you’ll inform us and will provide us the tracking number of shipment along with courier name.  Standard delivery time is 7 to 10 working days after influencer receives the parcel. It may take more time if you have custom requirements or the project need more creativity. Due to any reason if an influencer need more time then it can be extended up to 7 additional days. Influencer will make the video only once and there will be no retakes.

Content type: Every content type and placement on social media has different charges. Standard charges are for one video. Shoutout is a 20 – 30 sec video talking about your business, services or product without using it. UGC or user generated content is a little bit more descriptive video from 30 – 60 sec, properly explaining your business, services or product. In UGC video, influencer may give a product demo or use it where possible.

Cancellations: We or influencer reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time. If your booking gets declined due to any reason, your full payment will be refunded. You must have to initiate the refund process in writing within 7 days after that we’ll not entertain any refund query. Refund may take up to 7 working days. Refund can only be issued for a valid Pakistani bank account number in PKR currency. If you don’t want refund, you may also request us to arrange other available influencer in that amount. 

Prohibited Promotions: You must ensure that all campaigns and promotional content comply with the laws of Pakistan and the respective social media platform’s policies. NFLUENCERR strictly prohibits the promotion of:

• Illegal products or services (including narcotics, weapons, gambling, etc.)

• Banned businesses or content restricted by law or social media guidelines

• Misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content

• Hate speech, violence, or adult content

NFLUENCERR reserves the right to cancel any booking immediately if such content is detected. You and your business will bear full legal responsibility and agree to indemnify and protect NFLUENCERR and the concerned Influencer against any claims, penalties, fines, or legal actions. To prevent such scenarios, we strongly recommend that you must ensure your business, products, and campaigns fully comply with applicable laws and social media platform policies before submitting any promotion request.
