Prior to accessing or using NFLUENCERR through any form of contact to our team, we strongly advise you to carefully review these Terms and Conditions.

When booking business promotions with influencers you must have to provide complete details about your business i.e Name, website or products/services alongwith script or content brief. You can initiate the booking process directly from our website or through our provided influencer profiles/lists via WhatsApp, e-mail or social pages. If you need a custom quote or influencers package, our provided charges remain valid for 7 days only after that charges may change. Upon making a booking, a confirmation email containing your booking details and our bank account information will be sent to you. Payment is advance and non-refundable. It is mandatory for you to deposit the relevant amount into our designated company bank account and provide us with a screenshot of the payment receipt via email or WhatsApp. It is important to note that your booking is not yet fully confirmed, as we need to examin and verify your business and promotions details then we’ll share this information with concerned influencer, if they accept it then we’ll inform you and influencer will continue to start working on the content. If you have a physical product or parcel that needs to be shipped, we’ll share influencer’s address or our address to deliver the parcel. Parcel or product is non-returnable. Once all the details are confirmed, you will receive a final confirmation email or WhatsApp message from us. Standard booking delivery time is 7 to 10 days, it may take more time if you have custom requirements or the project need more creativity. Due to any reason if influencer need more time then it can be extended upto 7 additional days. Influencer will make the video only once and there will be no revision. We don’t allow any direct communication through any means between influencer and brands for the promotions booked or facilitated through us.

We or influencer reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time. If your booking gets declined due to any reason, your full payment will be refunded or you may also ask us to arrange other available influencer. Refund may take up to 7 working days. Refund can only be issued for a valid Pakistani bank account number in PKR currency.

When booking an influencer marketing campaign, promotion or shoutout you acknowledge and agree that your business is lawful and adheres to community guidelines and the policies of the respective social media platform. We strictly prohibit the promotion of any fraudulent or illegal activities. If something goes wrong, you shall be solely responsible for that, we do not take any responsibility.
